DLWave provides a web-based utility that enables users to convert and download publicly available SoundCloud audio streams into MP3 and WAV files for personal, offline listening. The service is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of any kind.

You agree to use DLWave strictly for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must not: • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content downloaded through the service. • Reverse engineer, scrape, bypass rate limits, or disrupt our servers and conversion infrastructure. • Deploy automated bots, crawlers, or scripts designed to overload or degrade service performance. • Circumvent technical restrictions, geographic barriers, or access controls implemented on the platform.

DLWave operates solely as a technological tool. We do not host, store, index, or claim ownership over any audio, music, or media converted on the platform. All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to their respective creators and rights holders. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their downloads comply with applicable copyright laws, fair use principles, and the DMCA in their jurisdiction.

Supporter passes (such as unlocking 320kbps MP3s, lossless WAV files, and 1-click batch playlist downloads) are one-time contributions processed via Ko-fi. Pass durations last for 30 days (1-month pass) or 90 days (3-month pass) and do not renew automatically unless you choose to make another contribution. Features and tiers may be adjusted with advance notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DLWave, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. This includes audio conversion errors, downtime, data loss, or third-party copyright claims.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may undergo scheduled maintenance, temporary downtime due to third-party API changes, or server upgrades without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to DLWave for any user who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, attempts to exploit our servers, or uses our tools for abusive purposes. Serious violations may result in immediate and permanent IP blocking.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable general internet and legal standards. We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page.
